Rack Writer inc. takes every possible measure to ensure that your product is packed properly and will arrive in perfect condition. Items are in stock and We ship 5 days per week. I use U.S. Postal Service ground shipping first class or Priority mail. Sales to Canada and Great Britain will be sent First Class International. International customers please include your Phone number on the order form for customs documents. If you are paying PayPal by check, shipping will be delayed until your funds clear (usually less than 10 days).

We promise your information including email and shipping addresses will be kept strictly confidential. We will not bug you with any emails touting our sales or new products. The only email you will receive from us is acknowledging your payment has been received and your Rack Writers are shipping.

Your order is carefully checked and packed before shipping. If an item arrives damaged, email us as soon as possible and we will assist you in the return and get you a replacement as soon as possible. Items not packed as originally received or missing parts may not qualify for damage protection. Please be advised that return fees may apply if damage is not a result of shipping.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason with a product you receive we will gladly accept the item back within 30 days for a refund. All items returned to us for a refund will be credited back in the form of the original payment. All credits and refunds are less original shipping and handling fees.
